½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs, at room temperature
⅔ cup milk, at room temperature
3 tablespoons clarified butter, melted (you could use regular butter, but clarified is preferred)
⅓ cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
½ Meyer lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons powdered sugar, or to taste
2 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste (Optional)
You'll also want a heavy 9-11" skillet that can go in the oven (cast iron works well, but use what. you've got). A blender will also be helpful to get the ingredients mixed up quickly
Pre-heat your oven to 425F. These are very quick to come together, so they'll be into the oven quickly!
